• Any person who is member in the Fidelys program may implicitly allow Tunisair to use all his/her data in his/her possession in relation to his/her trip (information provided by the member vis-à-vis his/her participation in the program; information being processed by Tunisair such as the flight frequency, destination …) and this exclusively for the purpose of a Tunisair direct marketing and communication strategies.

• Tunisair is committed to ensuring the protection of such data, and for their exclusive use which they are intended to.

• In the framework of the Fidelys program, the personal data can be exchanged with total and exclusive confidentiality between Tunisair and its trading partners, and this for the purpose of direct marketing crossover , and for the aim of offering new services, or study agencies for analysis and market researches.
