  • Fidelys Award Miles can be redeemed for an Award Ticket, an Upgrade Award, an Additional Baggage Allowance, or a PETC Award.
  • The Member may only apply for an Award, as well as the advantages directly resulting from Membership in the programme (such as the additional baggage allowance), regardless of their nature, after the first flight on TUNISAIR routes and the issue of the Member's final card.
  • Members may redeem their Miles for Awards if their Fidelys account has sufficient credit in Miles, and if the Awards are available.
  • Fidelys Awards are only granted on routes and destinations operated by TUNISAIR.
  • The award offers and the number of Miles required for each of them are communicated in the Award Scale.
  • The combination of two accounts for the acquisition of an award is not authorised.
  • Awards may only be issued at TUNISAIR agencies or online via www.tunisair.com.
  • The Award Scale Table is available at TUNISAIR Agencies, on the official TUNISAIR website, and at the Espace Fidelys. TUNISAIR reserves the right to modify this table at any time. TUNISAIR reserves the right to modify the conditions of awarding any Award, in particular, the number of Miles required, and to cancel any Award provided for in the programme without prior notice and with immediate effect.
  • The granting of Awards is subject to the Fidelys Programme Rules.
  • Only the Member is entitled to request a Reward, either for themselves or for any other person designated by the Member at the time the Reward is requested, subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme. In the event the Member is legally incompetent (of major or minor age for any reason whatsoever) the Reward must be requested by the Member’s legal guardian or representative.
  • As soon as the Reward request has been processed, the Miles required to obtain the Reward are debited from the Member's account, in accordance with the scale in force at the time of the request.
  • All claims for retroactive Rewards should be put in writing within 21 days after the relevant flight or transaction.
