Taxes are at the expense of the Member

Taxes are at the expense of the Member, they vary according to the country and airport and must be paid when the ticket is issued.
Award Tickets do not qualify for mileage earning on the Member's account.
Beneficiaries can be the Member or a person of their choice. To do so, it is necessary to present the Fidelys card and PIN code at a TUNISAIR agency in Tunisia or abroad or to carry out the transaction online at: www.tunisair.com.
Award Tickets can only be booked if seats are available on the requested route, in the booking class matching the Fidelys Award Tickets.
It is not possible to combine two accounts for the acquisition of an award.
- The time limits to be observed before booking a Reward Ticket depend on the Fidelys card level:
- For Classic Members, the minimum delay is 7 working days before the date of the scheduled flight.
- For Silver Members, the minimum delay is 3 working days before the date of the scheduled flight.
- For Gold Members, there is no deadline.
The Award Ticket scale is increased by 50% Award Miles if the above minimum time limit is not respected.
The Award Ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of departure of the trip. It is possible to cancel or change the itinerary and dates at the Member's explicit request, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Fidelys Guide.
Should the validity date of an Award Ticket expire, any change or refund of the Award Ticket is not permitted, in accordance with TUNISAIR's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
